Promotional period: entries open 8.00am AEST Monday 17th August 2026 and close 11.59pm AEST Wednesday 2nd September 2026. Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older at time of entry. Employees, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, partner, parent, child, or sibling) of the Promotor, Stanthorpe Holiday Park, and any of their respective affiliated, associated, or related businesses (including parent company, subsidiary, franchisee, or agency engaged in connection with this promotion) are ineligible to enter or win. Entrants must, during the Promotional Period (a) shop in-store or online in a single, genuine retail transaction at Suncoast Caravan Service enter your details into the landing page (b) follow the Promoter’s official Facebook and/or Instagram page (@suncoastcaravanservice or @suncoastcaravanserviceqld); (c) follow Stanthorpe Holiday Park’s official Facebook and/or Instagram (@stanthorpeholidaypark). Entrants who complete these will go into the draw. Incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or entries that do not meet there requirements will be deemed invalid. One (1) winner will receive: one (1) ArcMate fire pit portable fire pit, two (2) Navigator NAV-011 Nowhere Chair Adult Size and one (1) two (2) night powered site stay at Stanthorpe Holiday Park, total prize value approximately $615 AUD (approximate value correct at 13th August 2026). The prize is not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part. The accommodation component must be booked and the stay completed by 11.59pm AEST 31st December 2026. Bookings are subject to availability and to Stanthorpe Holiday Park’s standard booking terms (see stanthorpeholidaypark.com.au/booking-terms/); blackout dates may apply during peak periods. Travel, transport, meals, and any costs beyond the stated 2-night site fee are the winner’s responsibility. The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period, on or about Thursday 3rd September 2026.The winner will be notified by direct message on the platform they entered through within one (1) business days of the draw, and will be asked to respond within 24 hours to claim the prize and provide delivery/contact details. If the winner does not respond within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entry and select another winner by the same random draw method. Subject to applicable law, the winner’s entry name/handle may be published on the Promoter’s Facebook and/or Instagram pages to announce the result. By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using their entry for reasonable promotional purposes related to this giveaway, with credit where practical. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity or entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who has not complied with these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
